Can we take white goods?

We have invested in really good quality white goods in our present house. I am wondering whether we can take these with us when we move

Are they integrated or freestanding? If freestanding you wouldn't be expected to leave them unless you sold them separately to the buyers.

If integrated you can take them and specify so on the property sellers info , but it would be a little odd to most buyers!

You can take what you like as long as you specify what's staying on the contents list.

Yes in the UK - as long as clearly stated in the solicitor's questionnaire thing.

In the UK it is normal to take white goods - slightly less so if they are integrated.

Thanks all - I was proposing to take the non integrated ones (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer) and to leave the integrated ones.

Yes, take the non-integrated ones and leave the integrated. That's expected unless you choose otherwise.

Yep - we took the freestanding washing machine and freezer but left the integrated fridge freezer. The buyer paid extra to keep the freestanding cooker and we paid the seller of our new house extra for their freestanding fridge freezer.
