Asking for a friend. Flat's been on the market for a while. Any comments to pass on?

Yes, missing room measurements is a bit of a pain.
If the skylight is offputting I wonder how it'd work as a 'feature' in the lounge (if rooms were swapped).

I realise people use bedrooms mostly for sleeping in, but I like to have a view.

I also thought it was a bit silly to have "kitchen" and "dining area" as separate labels. When the hob is in the dining area it is clear that a single label of "kitchen-diner" is what is needed.

Surely nobody can fit into that space between the ironing board and the kitchen cupboard? It looks about 6 inches wide.

The description of the rooms seems odd. Talking about there being radiators in rooms. That's not a selling point, surely?

I think your friends should look at why they want to move (I'm assuming too small as they've had children?) and dress it to suit the tastes of potential buyers. I think young professionals looking to buy rather than rent would be interested so there needs to be two double beds.

The main bedroom doesn't appear to have a window just a skylight Shock. Is that even legal?
