Just nosing about online and came across this.

OK, we can see that the place needs a lot of updating, but you'd think the EA might have recommended that the vendors put some of that junk away. Especially photos 10 & 11.

It also looks like they don't have wardrobes so they hand stuff up outside.

Why are houses like this never featured on Kirstie and Phil?

I also find it really sad when there is evidence that children live in a house that is in such a messy, transitional state.

If tenanted the tenants have neither any interest in tidying nor obligation to do so. They are doing the LL a favour to allow a photographer in and the EA would get short shrift if he asked them to tidy up!

Assuming I'm wrong and it is owner occupied maybe they are ill/exhausted/ completely unable to do the whole tidying up thing. I agree it could be beter presented though.
