What does S.E. mean after asking price?

We are looking to relocate and on the sales details of some of the new build houses I've looked at on Rightmove it states S.E. after the asking price. Does anyone know what this means? It doesn't mean south east and, given the level of the asking prices, I don't believe it means stamp duty exempt. Any ideas? Of course having decided to post my question I can't now find an example to link to!

I have just found the answer: it means 'shared equity'. Where there is a lower help to buy price, the person buying the house doesn't own all the equity.
