Small, windowless downstairs loo - what colour should I paint it?

I'm torn between eye-wateringly bright yellow (F&B yellow cake) or F&B Stiffkey blue which is deep indigo.

I like the idea of yellow as a bright colour pop in a windowless room, but then I've also seen some stunning darker cloakrooms.

Floor is a geometric tile in dark blue, white and grey.

Consider Arsenic- just seen one done in this and looks amazing

had to share this from my go to decorating website www.theroomedit.com - it says in a small downstairs cloakroom to go for mirror tiles and a trendy wallpaper - this idea uses newspaper wallpaper it is definitely striking!

I'd also suggest F&B arsenic. We had it in our old bathroom (black & white tiles) and will do our windowless cloakroom in it at half term. It manages to be dramatic and vibrant at the same time.
