We are about to move in to a tiny, tiny house. The previous owner had put the boiler in the bathroom to free up space in the kitchen, however this means that you can't fit a full sized bath in the bathroom so it needs moving. Ideally not back in to the kitchen. We have a wooden lean to that is used to house the tumble dryer and as a bit of a utility. If we insulate the lean to, can we put a boiler in here. It would be attached to an external wall, so will have access to gas and water pipes easily.
