Kitchen fitting advice: tiny studio

I'm moving into a long term rentAl in London. It's a tiny studio and its really let down by the kitchen. Landlord happy for us to improve the kitchen which should be simple and I'm happy to do.
It is literally one work surface. No oven and a tiny fridge smaller than a hotel mini bar!!

I'd simply like to remove what is there as its all old and originally a hallway or bookcase so wasteful of the wall space. And to add the following:

  • one new wooden worktop
  • one small built in electric oven
  • one two or four ring hob
  • one small half fridge
  • one sink (belfast or whatever fits)
  • then some cupboard units above instead of the useless shelves there now.

Fridge can possiby fit in another cupboard.

Is this is an easy job? Any things I'm missing in the sense of costs or ease of job.

I think I can remove the old stuff myself. Buy idea cupboard unitS, nice doors and I just need help with plumbing and electrics? Drilling the worktop on and the holes for the new sink etc?

Any advice or ideas of cost would be great. In Notting hill London

I've looked at eBay, homebase, okra, curries and think I could do it all within £500.

It is this sort of size. And thinking something along these lines: except just using your typical half oven, no microwave. And fridge where they've a dishwasher drawers.
Different style though as I like country look.
