Restoring a beige tiled fireplace

Original 1930's fireplace, the vertical outer section and hearth being square mottled beige (ceramic?) tiles. A few of these (on hearth) are cracked and I wondered how would I go about finding some matching ones to replace?

If I can't match them, then can you retile it? Ie the outer vertical section and hearth? Assume it's concrete underneath. I don't want to take the whole thing down as the inner part, closest to the fire, is made of lovely stone tiling and very pretty.

Anyone dealt with similar?
