Have you got Lamp Room Grey anywhere?

I'm thinking for tongue & groove in a light bathroom with Strong White above.
The tester Purbeck Stone was a bit khaki & Parma Grey was too blue.

I tried it in my living room (it was one of about 8). It is lovely and the right depth of colour - don't know if that's the right term, but the saturation is perfect and the colour isn't too pastelly or too bold or dark

The only problem was that it was too blue and cold in certain lights (it is another facing room). Even though it seems quite neutral grey on the palette/colour card it read as very obviously blue based on my walls. I ended up going with Dove Tale which had the same depth of colour but is much more on the lavender grey end, warm and welcoming in my room. It looks much more brown in some rooms, lilac in others, not grey at all, but here it does read as grey.

Grey may be fashionable but it is hard to find the right one.

North facing, not another facing Hmm

It might be a bit cold and institutional in a bathroom?

My kitchen cupboards are lamp room grey, north facing. Looks more on the green side of grey. Definitely get testers grey is so hard. We've just painted the nursery in a different shade of grey and couldn't be any different.

Thanks Cheesy, I'm looking for a blueish rather than browny grey so it might work. The colours I've got nearby are Light Blue & Cornforth White. Would you think it's too dark for a bathroom?
Agree about how tricky it is to find the right colour grey.

That's really funny, trying, it's really blue on my walls Grin

It would depend on how bright the bathroom is, how much natural light it gets, what colour the flooring is and how big it is. I probably wouldn't use it in a small internal bathroom. It would prob be fine in an average sized bathroom with a lighter floor as that would break it up (along with the sanitary ware).

Bathroom is 3m2 , East facing, pale limestone floor, white suite.
Maybe I'll stick to Cornforth White.
