Warm up heating and no clue how to work it????? Help!

Moved into a rental and have tried and failed to work out how to use the Warm up heating in bathroom. The floor is tile.
What temp should I get it to. Seems to have min temp where it switches on if the room goes below but also a room temp when on.
Tried 20c. Nothing. Worked over days to 28. Still nothing.
Help??? Please!

Perhaps there is an on/off switch that you can't see.

You would do better asking the owners.

My timer and on off is in the airing cupboard, it's an ancient boiler but timer and thermostat in living room look new as does pump

anyway rambling a bit , but mine you can set for hot water only from thermostat at zero. might be worth looking if you have separate timer away from boiler

I've found the switch and the thermostat but it's "Warm Up" electric underfloor heating.
Owners did warm us it costs a fortune to run - would be even worse if we get no more than a tepid floor!
Anyone?

Thanks poltergoose. Will out it up to 30c and see what happens.
We normally have heating around 20c so hadn't thought of going so high!

Hasn't thought of it that way. Thanks!!
(Will have to persuade DH though - he is firmly of the opinion it should be no more than 20c!).
