Does anyone here have quick-step flooring?

If so, can I be cheeky and ask you to post/pm me a photo of it please?!?

Thinking of having it in our hallway, not usually a fan of laminate but I've heard good things about this though haven't seen it in real life...

Thanks!

I had this on my old house so can't post a photo unfortunately.
It was great. Really hard wearing and looked tons better than other laminate. The guy that fitted it hit one left over piece with a hammer to show me how durable it was! Only a minor dent! Also the dining room flooded and part of the floor was completely submerged in water. I thought the floor would be ruined (lifted edges etc) but a few days later (and with a dehumidifier) the floor dried out fine.
It doesn't look as good as real wood but is much better than cheaper laminates and a very practical option IMO.
One thing I would say, is to pay a bit extra to get it fitted properly. I did, and they screeded the floor first which got rid of any bounce and made it feel very solid.

We had it in our last house (so can't provide a photo, sorry) but it was great. It was in our very open plan sitting/dining room and was a high traffic area. After 8 years it had next to no scratches or marks despite 2 Dcs, 2 dog. We used to get a lot of compliments about it and people genuinely thought it was real wood.

I have had it in my last two houses and would have it again. Really like it :)

P.s. Ours was fitted onto screed concrete too

Great product - ours was professionally fitted in the hall. It's wearing really well and is so easy to clean. It's on a concrete floor.
DH is very handy and will have a go at most things but he didn't want to do this and I'm glad he didn't as it wasn't as easy as the professionals thought due to our fiddly hall.

Thanks all!

DH reckons screeding will make our floor levels (between the hallway and other rooms off of it) too varied.

There's a couple of places nearby that sell it so we'll go and look... But I'd still love to see real life pics if poss Wink

This was my old property. The quick step flooring is in the kitchen/dining room not the living room

Apologies this one!

The previous one was from when I bought before the flooring went in!
