I am obsessed with grey. What F&B or Dulux shades should I try on my front door?

Am probably being swayed by all the gorgeous names on the F&B website but our house is Edwardian and I really would like to pick a lovely paint that enhances our rather gorgeous stained-glass front door.

I like Dulux a lot too so am v happy to stick with that too (and it's cheaper...)

Pale grey always makes me happy, but maybe something a shade or two darker for a font door?

I don't want to blow half my budget on samples so any advice to narrow down the samples I try would be HUGELY appreciated!!!

Thanks v much indeed!

Dulux Flint - nice mid to dark grey
Farrow and Ball Pavilion Grey - has a blueish tinge but a mid grey.

Farrow and Ball Cornforth White- a pale greyish beige

Thanks spottty, I'll pick up samples at homebase tomorrow!
Pavilion Grey has definitely been on my list after a few mins trawling the website but it might be slightly too blue for my taste... you never know until you try them out, though!

We have f&b Plummett in the alcoves either side of our fireplace. Quite a dark grey but lovely. Not really greys but have kitchen cupboards in French Grey (definitely green) and tried Charleston gray in alcoves (definitely more brown than grey).

Have just decorated with Dulux grey - tried Chic shadow, Polished Pebble and Pebble Shore. Went with the latter, very nice pale grey with a very slight sage green tinge in certain light,

Down pipe (f&b) is amazing on the exterior. It's quite dark but really stunning.

Down pipe looks like undercoat and is the colour of dark tones undercoat.

Railings much smarter.

Either downpipe or railings. Downpipe can look a bit blue. Railings is closer to black. Both lovely.
