Ok, this is probably a stupid question...
If you buy a free standing kitchen and free standing appliances, it will require no fitting, right? Other than things like getting a plumber to connect the sink/taps and plumb in the washing machine, and getting a gas engineer to connect the cooker etc.?
The house I'm buying has an old rather basic kitchen that looks quite depressing. But I don't think I can face weeks of disruption having a new kitchen fitted... However, I love the look of free standing pine/cream kitchen units so this would be an idea solution for me if I could just pay someone to rip out the old kitchen (should be done in a day, right?), plaster the walls, re-tile the floor and take delivery of the new units... Please say it's this easy?!
