Would this work?

Anyone used this colour

Have used Pointing in my two east facing rooms downstairs and Elephants Breath and Cornforth a White in bedrooms above. I think James White has greenish hues so I do not see why this would not work. It would be lovely in early morning light.

I'm really not sure about orientations but James White is lovely on the ceiling in one of my (darkish) rooms but hideous greenish colour in my parents bright kitchen, so test it thoroughly in situ before you commit!

OK thanks! It is recommended for east facing rooms on their website but I like to hear people's experiences. I've ordered a sample of that plus some others. Our living room is east facing and it doesn't feel very cosy to me. (Currently painted a sort of light brown/dark cream colour)

I think it will depend on the other colours around it. We have it on a west facing wall, above the picture rail, and it looks great. The colour below is green and the stair carpet is patterned, with green being the main colour. It does fit the colour scheme very well.

We've used it and loved it how it looked, although it doesn't look it in the swatches it is quite green in the sunlight.

We have James White in our bedroom, which faces North East. It looks lovely. There is defintely a green tint to it, but it's very subtle.

We painted pieces of cardboard and pinned them to the walls, looked at them in lots of different lights/ time of day, before making a final decision.

We have James White through a stairwell, it looks green where the lights hits it and a bit dingy in the darker areas. Think it would work best in a space with plenty of light where you are very happy with a pale green look.

Thanks again. The room is quite big (12ftx15) with two big sash windows. So gets light but only in the morning.

I've got the tester up and looks nice!

Hi. We have a small north facing room with small windows. James White definitely has a green tinge in a darker room. It is a lovely colour, but better in a bigger, brighter room IMO.
