Hi all - joined the site as a friend mentioned there were people on here that have Quooker taps. I'm trying to weigh up whether or not they are worth the money?

Hubby and I are looking to refurb the kitchen and thinking on spending around £20k on it. I've been looking at Quooker and wondering if we should have the tap added to the kitchen...

Does anyone have one of these?

Was it worth the money what are you're key issues with them (if any)?

Would be grateful for any advice..

Thanks

Love, love, love mine. So much more than tea, too: easy peasy pasta/ rice, and it's fab for cleaning disgusting pans. It's worth getting the filter in a hard water area.

Fabulous product. We supply and fit these in almost every other kitchen. I have one in the office and another at home.

Well made product. Very reliable.

Absolutely without a doubt.
I don't know if I quite love them enough that I would buy one for an existing kitchen, but if you are having a new kitchen anyway then the price of even the top if the range one will be insignificant compared with worksurfaces etc, and just adds to the appliance bill. I completely love mine.

Best thing ever. The taps are beautiful.

really fab. no issues.

Another vote Yes. We had ours put in when installed new kitchen and I think it's fab. Economical, convenient and space saving. Great for a cup of tea or pan of spuds. Am always recommending it and if we were to ever move, I would get one installed there. Issues - none that we have had (had for 7 years).

I don't have the quooker but have an almost boiling tap. One of the best things ever!

Agree with everyone above, fab to stick a pan in the sink after you have dished up dinner and be able to stick boiling water in it to loosen all the crud whilst you leisurely eat dinner.

Cannot praise it enough. Mine was £350 though Grin Insinkerator one.

Yes, I could not imagine not having one now. It would be like having a phone without a camera or a car without sat nav. I just wouldn't go back. I've had it for over 2 years and recommend it to everyone who is installing a new kitchen. Love it!
