Removing oil from bath toys

Hello, am a long time lurker and now have a problem that I'm hoping the collective wisdom here can help with!
My kids all have eczma and are only allowed to bath in an emollient with soya oil. It does a great job with their skin, but does also mean that all their bath toys end up with a slightly sticky film to them.
They're all ELC sturdy type bath toys, but I didn't want to attack them with a scrubber brush and fairy liquid in case it removes the ducks eyes or something! Anyone got any experience on a quick way to bulk clean a whole bunch of bath paraphenalia?

Thanks CallMeNancy. I know what you mean about the mould thing - that is an automatic binning! This is more just general stickiness on the outside. DH was convinced the dishwasher would "melt" them and I was quite skeptical so we shall see!

Stick them in a pillowcase, and then in the washing machine for a quick wash.
