Pull down wall bed

Would really like to have an extra guest bed in the Playroom of my new house but still have floor space the majority of the time.

Does anyone have an integrated pull down wall bed thingy? I think I would much prefer this to a sofa bed as my understanding is they take a proper mattress and are standard sizes.

I've found a couple of Internet companies that sell them but none of the websites provide much detail or prices.

Has anyone got one? What do you think of it?

@Suecreegan, I realise it was quite an old post, any chance you still have your wall bed which should like dispose? I am looking for one and your description fits with my requirement to have a spare in my living room area. Let me know.

I have bought a wall bed called "3 in 1 Sofa wall bed".
it's actually 4 in 1: has a Bed. a sofa, a coffee table and several storage places (under the sofa, under the table and inside the bed) .
It is very well designed, comfortable and is really strong.
Please consider if you are looking for a wall bed.
