Rough idea of cost of putting sink and radiator in downstairs toilet.

Just that really. I have a downstairs toilet that's next to the utility room behind the garage accessed from the kitchen but it's freezing in winter.

The combi boiler is in the utility room and the pipes go through the toilet room into the kitchen and then the rest of the house so I'm hoping it's not too big a job. While I was at it I thought of getting a sink in there as well as at the moment have to come into the kitchen to wash hands.

Difficult to guess really. Better to get 3 quotes. Small rad and basic taps won't cost much. Added extra pipework and labour. Prob looking at £500 . this is a wild guess.
