Cheap shelving/storage ideas for walk in pantry?

I am renovating my kitchen on a really tight budget but am lucky enough to have a good sized area off it which will be a walk in pantry.
But I cant afford to pay the fitter to shelve it out.

Any ideas on the cheapest way to create storage in there?
I have looked at wire shelves/units but I would prefer something easier to clean.
It is this sort of shape (under the stairs so sloping ceiling)

TIA

I would look online gumtree or ebay and but a cheap big bookcase and paint it or buy one from ikea the Billy ones hold loads and are wipeable

What about open kitchen units? Ikea do a 37-cm deep one (like a wall unit but different heights).

Billy bookcases could work but we do have limited head height so a tall unit is out really.
I will go and have a nosey on the IKEA website now.
Thanks

Ikea also do a modular storage system, significantly wire baskets, but might be useful for veg? Maybe pick up second hand ikea kitchen units, then you can buy innards from ikea if you want to alter them. I'm very jealous of you having the space! My Houzz idea book is full of walk in pantries.

Thanks Mog, I just saw that system on the site and a pic of it used under a sloping ceiling and it looks ideal.
Just need to work out exactly what I need now and get round to ordering it!

I'm shoving it into a big cupboard in my eaves for clothes storage - not tall enough for a proper walk in sadly, but big enough to keep out of season clothes/coats and little used formal wear. And store all the baby clothes I won't get rid of 'just in case'.
