Talk to me about F&B Skimming Stone

Just painted living room in this and love it. Dining room (adjacent) will be the same. Plan for kitchen (off dining room) is Downpipe on lower cabinets, trade white on top, wood worktop, black floor, white tiles and Strong White walls. Will strong white work adjacent to Skimming Stone? I know it's supposed to but worried it might look too cold in comparison. Could do trade white walls but might look too stark...

Next issue is bathroom (off kitchen - funny layout). Black floor and white tiles - want something a tad warmer in here to stop it looking institutional, but still with a grey hint - thinking Slipper Satin? But again, will this jump around too much between cool/warm?

Want a seamless palette that flows (previous house was all one colour so twitchy about lots of different colours)...skimming stone comes up too dark and strong (in my house anyway, esp in artificial light) to do whole house in it.

Upstairs main bedroom is Cornforth white. Love this. Need a colour(s) for two other rooms. Basically want a paler version of skimming stone!! Was thinking slipper satin again but not sure it would flow against cornforth white. Idly wondering about Dulux Swedish White but haven't got a tester yet.

Had it all laid out in F&B shop and looked nice but doubting self now Sad Think slipper satin is prob the weak link.

Basic look is sort of fairly minimalist but shabby not sleek. (Painted floorboards, old furniture). Very neutral.

HELP!!

I am following this thread because interested in the colours. Have you looked at lime white? It is an interesting colour: warm but clean and more cool than yellow. I am also interested in flourpaint, but what colour?

Have you gone on the F&B website? I think it's paint shop page that has various different suggestions for complimenting colours for anything you choose.

S stone is a cracking colour, neutral but not dull. Warm in winter and cool in summer

I have Skimming Stone in my hallway & landing & Slipper Satin in my cloakroom, study, utility, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Sitting room is Blue Gray and my Kitchen/Dining/Family Open Plan Area is in Elephant's Breath. Main bedroom is in Borrowed Light and guest ensuite is in trade white.
