So I have a large tin of lime white ready to repaint my lime white bathroom. DH says he's bored of it. So should I ignore him and go ahead, or swap for skimming stone or slipper satin? (I know it's playing it safe). Slipper satin looks a bit pink in the sample, and skimming stone looks darker, but not too much. Ideas?
I would also consider pale bluey-grey. It has to be FB, as I have lost the receipt, so need to do an exchange.
Ideas?

What kind of floor and fittings do you have?

We have a disgusting wooden floor, that will need replacing at some stage, not sure what with, as I don't want to redo the whole thing. We have a traditional looking suite- rolltop bath and chrome taps etc. There is a wooden blind and some other wooden storage bits and pieces.

Have a look at Borrowed Light - it's a very pale blue - I have it in the bedroom and it looks really nice - very calming.

I've got James white in our bathroom , also wooden floor, white suite. I would have gone for Trunch - slightly darker, same hue - but they didn't have any

We have skimming stone in our kitchen. It is gorgeous, warmer than you might think at first and not quite as dark it seemed in our sample patch when painted across whole room.

Thanks for all the help. I have Borrowed Light in DS's room; it is lovely. I stuck with Lime White, which actually looks much lighter than last time; it makes me realise how dirty the old paint was. I'll be more adventurous next time, and give Skimming Stone a try.
