Wardrobes won't come out

We've converted the loft and lowered the ceiling on the staircase and as a result two of the wardrobes will no longer come out when we finally move!
So our options:

  1. Get the whole double glazed window taken out and get them out of the window. Expensive?
  2. Leave them and try to sell them to the buyer. I don't care about one of the wardrobes and I would leave it for free but the other one is a custom-made shaker-style gorgeous wardrobe painted in F&B which co-ordinates with a chest of drawers.
  3. Try to get the F&B unglued for a fee by the guy who built it (who lives locally) and leave the other one if the buyers don't mind.

The two wardrobes are solid wood and they are glued rather than screwed.

Anyone been in this situation and can offer some help please?
Confused

Getting windows out isn't expensive but it is a faff.

The removal man today said it'd be a huge problem to remove the frames! He really got me worried

I'd ask the guy who built it if he can pull it apart and then put it back together, and leave the one you don't really like behind.

I'm thinking of going down that route. The guy who built it is coming round at some point next week hopefully. The double glazer said he needs to take the WHOLE window down and out of the frame and it's going to cost £180. I suppose buying another wardrobe would cost me more but do I won't the faff of the window being taken off the wall and put back and the wardrobes being lifted out on move day?
