The most beautiful house ever...75 quid a month cheaper than current place... No doubt it will be snapped up.
I'm just being silly... I don't have spare money for deposit or anything...

Oh and I would save approx 100 quid a month on petrol...

Write to the LL care of the property (although you can probably get his/her details which may include current address from the Land Reg for 3 quid) and ask if s/he has any other properties. Many LLs have several in one area.

I think it is absolutly stunning so I can understand why you would want to rent it!
Can,t quite believe the price, but that is the difference between North and South I guess!
We are LL's and if I were you I would arrange to view and explain your position to the LL. We waited two months for a tenant to move in because we believed they were the right tenant for that particular house. They paid us £500 deposit to save it for them.
If you then ask your LL to release you early from your contract with the proviso that you would pay for readvertising and keep your rental spotless for viewings.
As long as your current LL has no void period I can't see why they would have a problem with it.
Good luck!

It is lovely - and so cheap! But are you renting with a lettings agent? If so, I'm sorry but it's very very unlikely you'll be let out of your contract early... Is it a 12 month AST? Or have you gone onto a rolling contract? (Rare with money grabbing lettings agents)
I feel your pain. Don't look at rightmove!

Yes I am letting through a blood sucking agent, so I know it's unlikely I will be allowed to go early. I wish I hadn't see it to be honest, it's actually my perfect house. And yes, the price!!
When I moved up here I had to select a house without viewing it, and I do love mine... But this ones perfect!

Perfect house and you may save on petrol however, it has an EPC of E. you will haemorrhage gas in the winter.

Still worth speaking to the letting agent. If you pay the advertising costs you can be released once a new tenant has been found.
One of our recent tenants did this because they wanted our house.
They paid £400 to the agent and moved 6wks later.
