Conveyancing docs- Is the seller aware of any proposals to develop property or land nearyby....?

Filling in my conveyancing docs for our house sale and have reached the above question. An old building on the next street is being converted into flats, however this isn't proposed as such, planning has been granted and work is actually taking place at the moment (its faily apparent and visible from our house). Do I have to mention this, or this question just designed to raise issues still at the planning stage? As I said it is fairly obvious so the buyers are probably aware anyway, but I don't want to be highlighting negatives if I don't need to (but I don't want to hide something I should disclose!) Any advice appreciated!

I probably wouldn't mention it if work is already taking place but I may be wrong. I would think they were asking more about anything that isn't obvious yet.

I am a licensed conveyancer with over 40 years experience. The way the question is worded you have to answer the question honestly. It does not matter how you became aware of the proposal to develop. It could have been by a notice from the local authority or in the local press or a street sign or you have seen the development progressing.

Thanks PJP, wasn't sure if the proposed part implied that this was a question to raise suggested/possible developments, rather than this one which is definitely going ahead (building work currently in progress). Have put it on the form for now anyway and will try to speak with soliciter tomorrow.
