Filling in my conveyancing docs for our house sale and have reached the above question. An old building on the next street is being converted into flats, however this isn't proposed as such, planning has been granted and work is actually taking place at the moment (its faily apparent and visible from our house). Do I have to mention this, or this question just designed to raise issues still at the planning stage? As I said it is fairly obvious so the buyers are probably aware anyway, but I don't want to be highlighting negatives if I don't need to (but I don't want to hide something I should disclose!) Any advice appreciated!
