We are trying to spruce up our ensuite for as little as poss. At the moment we have a vanity unit that consists of a row of 3 kitchen cabinets with a worksurface and an inset sink. It looks better than it sounds and it's pretty good as there's lots of storage and a lovely big surface. We were thinking of changing the doors, putting in a good quality woodeffect laminate kitchen countertop and a bathroom countertop sink. I think it's a kitchen workstop that's there already.
Does anyone know whether or not there will be any problems with the plumbing of a countertop sink through the worktop. Bathroom worktops appear to be thinner than the kitchen ones but they all tend to be horrible shiney affairs.
