Weary of an unfinished project - is it sellable?

We bought a house a year or so ago, part doer-upper, part short-term home.
What I mean is we were never intending to be here for ever but we were intending to do it up and move on.
Bought it at a good price and there's certainly scope for a small profit if we were to finish it but we've had enough and would sell and move on if we could break-even.
It's not a shell or anything like that bad - just needs a new kitchen (a tiny galley), re-tile and snazz bathroom, there's an old concervatory which either needs recuing or replacing but is still basically sound.
Everything we did above that would be 'polish' that may or not pay off - i.e. new carpets etc.
We've already put in a new combi boiler, fenced lovely private gardens, skipped all the old fittings and carpets.
It's a bungalow in a retirement area (poss holiday home too)- they sell well at the right prices - but mainly in the Spring/Summer period -(seaside)
Wondering whether we should try and sell it at cost to a developer/builder to finish over the winter for sale next selling season or stick it out and finish it ourselves and sell next year.
Anyone any experience of this?
We have done and sold projects before, just lost the interest in this one. It's a long way from work/home and we want to cut out the trudge sooner rather than later.

Your best bet would be to ask an estate agent surely? But my approach would be to get someone in to do the kitchen and tiling, and stick it on the market ASAP.

Cheers Jelly - you're right. We're going to get some agents in to weight it up but won't be able to do so for a couple of weeks.

Just intrigued to know if anyone else has done the same and what they decided.

We'd both prefer to sell it asap.

It's getting the right balance between wanting to break even on what we've already spent and still leaving enough profit in there to make it attractiive to a builder.
Although, it's totally habitable - so may be a good starter project for a DIYer / First time buyer.

About ten years ago, we took on a project on an older place and after 2/3 years of exhausting DIY, we eventually sold it for exactly what we'd have got if we did nothing at all.

This one willl definitely sell for more, when it's done up but we've lost the will and need to get on with life/work.
