Put an offer on a house which was accepted. (House on for 149950, offer 145000)
There is a brand new kitchen in the property, with a gorgeous range cooker, and massive american fridge freezer (beko) the kind with the ice machine etc. Hadn't really thought too much about it when we put the offer on, but then realised that if they didnt come with the house, ours wont fit the spaces. Enquired as to whether they were available, vendor said he would accept an offer. I have asked agent to ask what sort of offer they would want, as I have absolutely no idea. Both appliances look brand new, although I haven't seen inside them.
When the vendor comes back with a figure, I will have absolutely no idea what is too high for effectively second hand stuff.
What would you pay? Bearing in mind it will make life much easier by not having to wait for new applinces to be delivered etc.
