New Photos, New Agent.......

Well I've had new photos done and am with a new agent. Shame about that lampost at the front of the house - but hey! Can't really change anything now as it's all been published. I know last time people said the garden looked small, but in all honesty, ours is a good size garden for the area. I still have two people interested from the old agent and they are doing their last viewing on Saturday (another person who hasn't sold). Am crossing my fingers for a proceedable buyer as I have seen a "doer upper" that we can downsize to. Be gentle with me :)

Was looking lovely - interior is perfectly presented and looks great. Photos of the house from the back/outside look almost...intimidating - can they not take them from a different angle so the dormer bit does not look so overwhelming? And neither are great photos - so why include 2 of them. I think YOU have done a fab job - just need to get the agent to change it - you are the client - you can get them to change it surely?

Might drop the last photo then :)

Drop the last one, but you have to keep the second last one - even if the house is a bit looming. If that photo hadn't been there I would have been left with the impression of the garden given by the photo with the patio in the foreground. It makes the garden look tiny!! The second last photo corrected that impression. It does all look perfect though, real move in condition - good luck!

Thank you. It is definitely a "move straight into" house.

The last pic def makes your house look like a block of flats! Any chance of a better one of the garden? It looks small and overlooked by other houses. I would imagine a family house of that size would attract large families who generally want good sized gardens? Very well presented though inside, good job and good luck!
