Have brought an ivory white shaker kitchen with oak work tops (not yet fitted) and was convinced just to have a clear glass splash back behind the hob and then painted walls - I'm just getting a bit nervous - I know it will look modern and clutter free but am stating to think I may have to have tiles or at least an up stand - I have kids that like to cook and wonder what the state of the walls will be in a year? Any suggestions for neutral but warm tiles that are a bit different - or will I be ok with just the splash back??
Kitchen has a painted matt finish with oak accents
