I hate it when the OP never comes back and updates, so here we go:

We are moving in 2012, yeah! Thank you, nice couple who liked it so much. I hope you have happy times in our old home. Sorry about the attic carpet, we never did get round to replacing it. We will vac it, though.

As you were.

(PS Baby jars now due in 17 days...)

Oh, congratulations opener! Wine Great news to start the weekend with. Now for the nosy questions - how long was your house on the market? Have you found somewhere to move to yet?

openerofjars · 11/05/2012 23:16

Two years two months! and no, but we have a shortlist and have just emailed all the relevant estate agents. There is loads of choice out there with no chain, so we should be, as they say, proceedable, ASAP.

I am now one of the few heavily pregnant women to be hoping to go overdue...

congratulations. It's stressful until you get a buyer when you just want things to move on

ItsInTheTrees · 12/05/2012 00:08

Congratulations ! Onwards and upwards .. must be a huge relief Smile

Rhubarbgarden · 12/05/2012 03:49

Congratulations! Smile

Congrats! But how will going overdue help? You won't be able to move in a month..,, just thinking you should plan to stay put for three months to get through the post natal period. Good luck with everything!

I have a hunch that it'll be easier to get all the admin done with a massive bump than with a tiny newborn & possible stitches!

Fair enough...get all your paperwork together now - so any certificates, freehold info, insurances etc etc. Oh service records for the boiler etc.
