Replacing a skylight

Hello,
We have a really old skylight in our hallway that has been leaking in the recent downpours. It doesn't just leak rainwater, it is some kind of horrible brown liquid!

I need to try and replace quick before my new carpets are fitted at the end of the month - what kind of tradesman do I need for the job? A joiner?

Also anyone know how much this might cost? We don't need the window to open, it just provides light, so doesn't need to be anything fancy.
Thanks

I think a roofer or general builder would be your best bet.
When we had work done on our roof it was the roofer and his side kick who put in a roof light and sun pipe.

We had a skylight put in by a general builder.

It will be easiest/cheapest if the new skylight is about the same size as the old one so that they don't have to cut new gaps into the roof joists.
