I'm putting our house on the market. A 3 bed semi in a nice part of Bishopbriggs. I have moved and my ex h is still in it but struggling to pay the mortgage. We bought in 2006 so do expect to lose a bit. In the past I remember Clyde property were good for sales but v expensive and Paccitti Jones were a bit cheaper but didn't advertise as widely, that was way back in the boom. So nowadays in a gloomier market should I opt for the better known EA or will it make any difference? Ideas anyone?
