Does anyone know if there is a website to find a previous listing price on a house (not sold price)?

There is a house I am intersted in that I am pretty sure was for sale last year (for about 4months?) and I want to know if they have dropped the price since last time or not. I am pretty sure it didn't sell as there was never a STC/Under Offer on rightmove that I can remember and it is also not coming up on sold property searches.
It also appears to have been for sale in 2009 as on google street view there is a For Sale sign in the garden, but again it didn't sell.

So does anyone know if there is any way to find out previous listing prices?

its something like property snakes I think from memory - v useful for tracking houses you like the look of but think are overpriced and also tess you when it has come on and off market (as in snakes and ladders) have a google?

Property snake or mouse price might be of use.

Have you tried mouseprice. I think that shows original asking prices

If you download Property Bee, it shows all the previous amendments to the rightmove website. That might help. It doesn't run on INternet Explorer - just Mozilla I think (google property bee and it will explain.)

Thanks for the quick responses!!

Mouseprice - it's not on there, maybe because it has been off the market for 6 months and then put back on this week?

Property Snake - the search does not seem to be working so will have to keep trying!!
Any others?

Fatsam: thanks for suggesting property bee, just downloaded it and it's very useful.

Home.co.uk is what you need.

If you know the postcode you can find it on Zoopla - has a history of previous listings.

HAving tried all of those, property bee is definitely the most useful.
