Bearing in mind we have sold and therefore have no chain, have our deposit and mortgage agreed? So, in effect we are ftbers!

I would like to offer £130K....wwy think if you were the vendors? They have seen a house they want (same village) but the owners of that one need to sell so it will mean a chain (which we are fine with - we can wait)

I am v tempted to offer £125k and point out we are happy to wait for their "dream house" chain to get sorted out and that the offer takes into account that the house needs a new boiler!
