Does anybody have any experience of Joa's White? I'm trying to find a neutral that has the warmth of Matchstick but isnt as yellowy/orange in tone. Does Joa's White come out nice or can it seem drab?

This www.johnlewis.com/17038/Product.aspx is the sofa that it has to go with if that helps any F&B experts at all? Looking for a nice warm neutral for quite a dark room.

Sorry, I've only used matchstick. But bumping for you!

I have just painted a tester of it onto a big bit of card in my dark north facing kitchen. It Iooks really nice. Not at all orangey. Not really yellowish but certainly warm. Lighter and less green than something like string but more of a colour than dimit

. I think it would look nice with the sofa, my only issue would be is that the only darker colours that go with it seem to be red-ish type colours rather than blues/greens/grays etc...( I have so many painted bits of card it's a joke and can't believe I can answer this off the top of my head ..).

I have it in my lounge below the dado. Not drab when the sun leaves the room, have put dimity on the top. I feel your pain with all the different colours I have tried too, I really wanted to be bolder, but played safe in the end!

Yeh I tried Archive that was too red, so Joa's White might also be too red? Part of me wants to try Stone Blue though. Other end of the scale to neutrals but I think it might just work...

I think Stone Blue would look really nice, that would have been next on my hitlist. Buy a cheap roll of lining paper and use a whole tester pot, then hang it up and live with it for a week.

I have very sofas in a very similar velvet colour to this one and have shaded white on the walls. It looks lovely - a very neutral backdrop. I've added colour with cushions etc.
My brother has Joa white in his house and I really like the colour but I'm not sure it would go with my sofas.
Its so hard - I have piles of F&B tester pots - dread to think how much I've spent!
