I am looking for a coloured all-in-one varnish/stain in soft blue or green to use on sanded fresh wood in the interior of the cupboards.Have done a swift google search and can't find anything online.Any experts out there?.

a solid colour or a stain?

I think something transparent so the wood still shows through. But also something in a one coat that will protect the wood from dirt and water damage etc if possible.

You would need to do a stain, then a lacquer coat, i don't think it's possible to do it in one go. You can buy tinted lacquer but you don't get the effect of colour in the wood grains, to be honest it just looks like contaminated lacquer.

Stain isnt too difficult to apply though, you just rub on with a rag and wipe off with another, it dries really quick as well.

Never used it, but know their worktop stuff etc is v good, says good for kitchenfurniture
or worth checking out other bits in their range?

or from osmo's site:

Thank-you Dsamm.Somehow i managed to get info. on Saicos products from realoakfloors.I really like the lavender [a soft blue] and someone is going to test a sample for me on my wood [effect varies according to the type of wood].But i still need a top coat for protection apparently.Thank-you Jenny.
