I think we got about 10% off (ostensibly so they can come and take a picture, but they haven't bothered yet), but it's negotiated with whatever shop are supplying it, so you can but ask.
I think Fipa means that the designs aren't very high tec compared to some, not that there are loads of extra prices for extra inserts. The pricing seems quite straightforward I think.
I'm not sure hand painted wood is really that kitchen/kid friendly in all honesty. Much as I love it, I wouldnt want to be wincing every time a child slammed a hard toy into it, or chucked pasta sauce everywhere. Maybe I've just talked myself down to Wickes until the kids are older have left home. The bathroom is my little slice of Neptune fantasy though, love it.
