Collagen supplements – do they work for you?

I’ve been on the hunt for something to help with my skin and joints lately, especially after feeling a bit more worn out than usual juggling the kids and work. I recently tried Kollo Health, which is a liquid marine collagen supplement, and I’m actually noticing a difference.
I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, but my skin feels a bit smoother and my knees aren’t complaining as much after school runs and stairs. It’s really easy to take too since it’s not in tablet form. I’ve tried collagen powders before and they always tasted strange, but this one is much more manageable.
If anyone else is interested, I found a page with their latest discounts here: https://vouchercodes.hotdeals.com/brands/kollo-health It helped bring the cost down a bit, which is always nice before giving something new a proper go.
Curious if anyone else here has tried collagen supplements and whether you’ve found they make a real difference? I’d love to hear other experiences before I commit long-term.

Also consider overall protein and vitamin C intake — they help collagen synthesis naturally.

I’ve tried a few collagen supplements over the years, and honestly, I’m never sure if they’re actually doing much or if it’s just wishful thinking. Some people swear by them, but I feel like any changes are so subtle it’s hard to tell. That said, the liquid ones do seem easier to take than powders — those always end up clumpy no matter how well I stir! Might give Kollo a try though if it really tastes okay.

I’ve tried a few different collagen supplements over the years and honestly, results really seem to vary from person to person. For me, I noticed a small improvement in my skin texture after about two months, but nothing dramatic. My joints did feel a bit less stiff though, which was a nice bonus.
I think the key is consistency — you have to take it regularly for a while before judging. Also, staying hydrated and eating enough protein probably helps more than people think. I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle fix, but it can be a decent addition if you’ve got the budget for it.

I’ve tried a few different collagen supplements over the past year, and honestly, results can vary quite a bit from person to person. I did notice some improvement in skin texture after about two months, but it wasn’t a dramatic change. For joints, though, it seemed to help slightly, especially after exercise. From what I’ve read, consistency and overall diet make a big difference — collagen isn’t a quick fix, but more of a slow, supportive boost if you stick with it.
