My son has been asking for an Air Up water bottle for months! But at over £30+ for a water bottle I just couldn't justify it. Anyway, he's put it on his Christmas list and I found a 15% discount online which worked and brought the price down a bit (still pricey but I know he'll be made up with it on Christmas Day) .

Just an update on this. I ordered one and then posted a 20% discount code here thinking it might be helpful.

To report back... their customer service is just truly awful and they still haven't delivered my order.

To be fair, I did order despite huge numbers of complaints online that the company don't deliver orders... and can't even say when they will - and now wish I had listened to those reviews. I was buying as a birthday present and they took payment promising 3-5 day delivery (which, let's face it, already isn't great in today's world). Well over that promised delivery time and, nothing.

All I have had is generic messages telling me that they are getting a lot of orders and are a bit busy - so can't even give me any idea as to when they might deliver. Asking for them to help or even for a manager to contact me just gets ignored too.

Terrible. A truly 'we've got your money, so shrug' approach.

Sorry to be so dull as I know so many kids are asking for these now... I have even heard of schools that are starting to ban them.

Really, really, don't bother. Buy something else instead.
