I did the chicken katsu curry tonight with packet rice and flatbreads.It was delicious,not too much coconut taste to it and really felt like a takeaway treat.

I am going to use the Mexican pulled chicken kit to use up some of the copious amounts of turkey that I am sure will be left over from today.

Good idea,I will definitely end up making a curry of some sort with the turkey.I much prefer turkey when it has spices added to it, otherwise it's just a bit bland.

I'm doing the King prawn jalfrezi later.Will be a nice change from all the Christmas food.

We had the mie goreng with prawns tonight.I added the final bit of the Christmas turkey to it and it was great.I love thai/indonesian food and it was just up my street🍜
