BTW what does everyone think about Boden's strategy for giving out discounts? My catalogue came last week with only a 10% off.

I rarely use my own codes, because there's usually a better one on here.

I called Boden and they told me that on every catalogue is another code and they are between just "free delivery and Return" and 30% Off. So may be You are a Lucky Girl or not. But it has nothing to do with your Order volume.
And the Codes are not personified. So far they did'n sent a catalogue to me

I don't believe the codes are not personalised. I spend a lot on Mini Boden stuff and only ever get 10% on my catalogue and have never had a £10 voucher.

I once ordered stuff in DH's name in order to take advantage of a new customer offer and he now always gets a 15/20% code and a voucher every so often to entice him back. He's never ordered anything again (although I do always use his voucher for him ). I'm afraid that I'm not convinced loyalty pays with Johnnie!

I'm sure you're right Twentieth. Perhaps not personalised (hence other people being able to use them, and the same code being multiple use allowed), but a company like Boden doesn't get where they are without some very clever customer targeted marking.

I should think the call centre staff who told the poster up thread that they are random was either spouting the official lie line, or has no idea what the marketing team get up to.

yeah I did the same thing with my husband opening an account and getting a welcome gift and he gets better deals and offers than me. Its just playing the game I suppose?
