Babington House School, Farringtons or St Olaves?

I am looking for a school for my children, and I was wondering if you could help. I have looked at all three schools and my thoughts are this:

St Olaves - lovely little school, kind and caring, emphasis on the child. More boys than girls and not great facilities or grounds.

Farringtons - great grounds, but found the teacher/pupil ratio not great for private school. (1:20)

Babington - Very academic - lots of testing and slightly posh.

Does anyone have any thoughts? Would this be an accurate description from your experience.

not sure what's holding me back at babingtons, the busary lady was very snooty....put me off a bit!

Looked at Merton Court school. Really liked it, uniform is terrible though ;-) Hmmmm, tricky!

Having known parents from Babington House, Farringtons and St.Olave's Prep, I would say St.Olave's by far! Academic and pastoral care are brilliant. Farringtons has great grounds but, that is where it all stops! Teachers, with only a handful of exceptions, are not up to standard. There are many double standards and as a non selective school, they take everyone who can pay and I mean everyone. Bullying is rampant. Babington House is extremely pretentious and many kids are beyond spoiled and cruel! Nothing is done to curtail bullying and bad behaviour. They will show you their report but, that is all on the inspector's day which they vigorously prepare for. You can PM me and I can tell you horror stories too...

Looking for feedback in respect of Babingtons. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I would be grateful for any more recent feedback on St Olave's, Breaside, Babington and Merton Court.
