Experiences of Sarum Hall school and how academic it feels

Hello! Would love to hear any experiences of Sarum Hall school from recent or current parents with daughters there. The new head seems lovely. Is it very academic or not so much?

It's academic enough that they can pick any school they'd like after and if they apply themselves they'll get in... what else would you like to hear realistically? Is it NLCS? No. Can they can get into SHHS, NLCS, Highgate, WUS, SPGS, City, etc from Sarum Hall? Yes.

Thank you!

Are experiences of the school positive from what you know? Ie do you have the impression that most girls generally enjoy it there or is it very cliquey?

You'll find all schools in the area to be roughly the same. They are what you make of it. Parents differ a little bit from school to school but not by much. You may notice families with girls at Sarum Hall often have boys at Arnold House, and those with girls at SHHS have boys at The Hall.

I'd be curious to hear your views of the parent types at the various local schools @stayinNLDN ? We are local and considering the various options but are quite new to the area and I've not got a handle of that kind of insight, I'm relying on reports and visits and I feel I'm at a disadvantage with local knowledge.

like I said they don't vary much from school to school... and there's a good spread of a good enough spread of diversity (financial, ethnic, cultural, etc) at all. It's almost not even relevant to be honest, you'll either find your crowd or you won't and it sort of doesn't really matter. The only thing that's matters, is the school appropriate for the child. Some parents already know each other from other settings, some don't, some hang out with other parents some don't. Some are SAHM families, some have both parents working like crazy. I don't think you can generalise.
