"Crash course" on Scottish primary school maths ?

Hello all! I have just started training as a primary teacher and am feeling like I really need to brush up my maths knowledge. Whilst I do obviously have a national 5 in maths, I cannot remember most of what I was taught in primary school due to simply not using maths in my previous field. Don't get me wrong, I can "do" maths, ive just forgotten most of the basics due to learning it ages ago and also the fact we were basically encouraged to learn so we could pass tests and exams etc.

I am wondering if any parents, teachers etc, have any resources that could help me. Whilst i have a list of topics down and have started to source YouTube videos, I feel I would really benefit from some sort of resource where everything is complied or gathered together. I am actually feeling very worried about this as maths was always an area I struggled a lot at when I was in school :( I am open to free or paid resources. Thank you very much!

I did a level maths and then an economics degree but I’d still forgotten loads by the time my dc went to school. I bought a book called “maths for mums and dads” I can’t remember the author but it was fab. It went over all the basics and how things are taught differently nowadays so that parents didn’t confuse their children by teaching different techniques to those the schools now use. I would really recommend it.
