Extra time exams

Hello!
My DD is in year 5 and is at a “top” SW London all-through school. She struggles with anxiety and they have said her English and science end of year exams are far below what they would expect given her yearly tests etc. They have said they have zero concerns about her ability but want to look at what changes they can put in place to help her with exams eg smaller room. The trouble is because she worries so much her results in exams are all over the place (average CATS 129 this and last year but scored 97 in first year!).
how can we help best? She does definitely worry and worries least about maths (did fine, scores highly generally) but the environment plus her make life very hard as she worries about everything! The school and impending 11+ def doesn’t help as parents are putting on pressure/lots of tutoring /we’re not doing any so…..

Would a less pressurised school be better?
Anxiety about tests age 9/10 is not good.

Note schools can put DC in smaller rooms, but your thread title talks about extra time. Extra time for formal exams (eg GCSEs) is only if they meet clear criteria eg slow processing.
