DH IS on iterview panel for interviewing head teacher @ church primary school

he is asking about SECONDARY TRANSFER anfd SPECIAL NEEDS

what would your killer question be?

DH wrote some notes down cos I had gone to bed when he came home

1. GET THEM TO TAKE ASSEMBLEY - VERY IMPORTANT TO SEE HOW THEY RELATE TO THE CHILDREN

1. ASK THEM TO DO A PRESENTATION OUTLINING THEIR VISION FOR THE SCHOOL

1. GIVE THEM A TASK TO DO eg WRITE A LETTER INTRODUCING THEMSELVES TO THE PARENTS

1. PREPARE A SELECTION OF QUESTIONS WHICH COVER ISSUES WHICH ARE IMPORTANT AND PARTICULAR FOR YOUR SCHOOL
