She has been off-colour for weeks & has had 4 or 5 odd days off with cold/chesty/up all night coughing etc
Tuesday she was awful could hardly speak, crying with pain so she was off again; at 8pm she threw up - several ties so was off school again today and at bed time was starting to look a bit brighter (was very pale & listless all day)
On Friday she is off school because she is competing at Blackpool in a ballroom comp, and she will miss monday as we will be back too late to go in
So she is 'off-colour' but OK DH thinks she needs to rest before the comp on Saturday (coach all day on Friday) I think she should go in
