This isn't guaranteed to be an ICS appeal. Some schools run classes with less than 30 pupils in Y1. However, it is likely that this will be an ICS appeal which means you can only win if the admission authority has made a mistake or has acted unreasonably in refusing to admit. I'm afraid nothing you have said indicates that you have a case.
Even if this is not an ICS case, none of your arguments is likely to convince the appeal panel I'm afraid. The panel would be looking for points that show your daughter will be disadvantaged if she doesn't go to this school. Looking at each point in turn:
Its the catchment area school so we can easily just walk to and from school everyday
The panel will take the view that this is about being convenient for you. It doesn't show any disadvantage to your daughter from not being admitted. Transport issues don't win appeals unless the child has mobility issues or the offered school is an unreasonable distance away. At this age, that means more than 45 minutes journey each way.
the school is close to work also, so i can easily get to her on time at home time or if there was an emergency i could be there within minutes
Again, this is about the school being convenient for you. It doesn't show any disadvantage to your daughter.
we are pakistani asians, and they have a reasonable number of ethnic minorities so she can mix well with all pupils
This again does not show any disadvantage to your daughter from not being admitted to this school.
she can maintain her school friendships out of school also if shes in the area school
Friendship groups are only significant for appeal if there is evidence from professionals to support the child's need. This argument won't fly at all, I'm afraid.
she attends mosque 3 times a week, previously wasnt able to take part in many extra ciricular activities as distance meant not enough time to relax and rest before mosque, but walking distance school means she can do things after school too
There is a possible point here. If you can show that there are specific after school activities at the appeal school that she would want to take part in but won't be able to at the allocated school, either because the allocated school doesn't offer the activity or due to time constraints, that shows some disadvantage. However, rather than the general point you have made, it needs to be around specific activities that she needs to access.
Don't bother with a character reference from your daughter's teacher. Your daughter's behaviour is not relevant.
You should appeal for all three schools. You won't lose anything by doing so and you may strike it lucky with one of them. But don't build up your hopes. If these are infant class size cases you are unlikely to win. If they are not infant class size you stand a better chance but you will need stronger arguments.
Is staying at her current school an option? You won't lose the place there just because you move and will be entitled to free school transport if it is over 2 miles from your new home and the council cannot come up with a place at a nearer school. If not, the council must come up with a place for you somewhere but they may not do so until you have moved.
