Is there anyone in the Leeds area who has knowledge of S Matthews C of E Primary School and other schools in that area.

Roundhay is very good, though I think there have been teething problems with longstanding head leaving and new one coming in. Also depends on where you live if you could get in though - think this is the first year that places are reduced there due to automatic places for the primary phase. You wouldn't get in in most of Chapel Allerton there.
I think Carr Manor still has issues with reputation, though I agree that their recent Ofsted was very positive.
I'd forgotten about Abbey Grange so apologies for that.
