Christmas Fair Stall Ideas

DS's school is having a fair in late November. I would like to run a stall that will sell out quickly! Does anyone have any suggestions? Am happy to bake or make but have not got a lot of spare time to prepare.

Reindeer food Always sells out at our Xmas fair

Yes, totally agree with 2014.
I can't believe I'm paying £1.50 for small packet of oatmeal(?) with Reindeer sticker on it, but always seems end up buying.
But I only buy it because the money goes to school.
If it was for personal profit, I wouldn't buy.

To bloats always go quickly at ours

Oops, autocorrect! That's tombolas

Tombola runs out quickly at ours too, even with 200-300 items on the table! Our school doesn't allow alcohol but if yours does you can do a bottle one and ask for donations from parents. We do a non-uniform day the day before and ask for parents to either pay £1 or donate an item to the tombola. We also get some donations from local businesses. If we don't get enough tombola donations from parents we use the £1 non-uniform payments to buy more items.

Chocolate tombola is really popular at ours. Also second hand book and toy sale normally does really well too.

If you are doing children's books, please remember to donate any left over stock to the school library/classrooms - they will be very appreciative!
At my daughter's school. they used to do a Santa's grotto which was popular. No parents were allowed inside, and Year 6 "elves" accompanied the younger children and helped them choose and wrap a small Christmas gift for mum/dad/grandparents etc. All gifts were the same price, and were small things such as pretty bar of soap. mugs, key rings etc.

Soft toys - give them all a name label. ( teddy, Bobby, Charlie, Archie, sparkle etc)
Pay £1 to pick a name and take that soft toy home. I make sure they are all clean, but relatively easy stall to run.
